Advances are Non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation or non arrival of guest. Postponement of booking date will be treated as a cancellation and normal reservation and cancellation terms will apply.
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance equivalent to one-third of the total charge for the period of stay. Subject to minimum charge for one day.
